Marketing Executive, CRM & Customer Loyalty (1 year contract)

Our client is one of the renowned MNC. They are currently looking for a Marketing Executive(CRM & Customer Loyalty Program) to join their company's Retail Department for 1-year assignment. Contract extension will be subject to business needs and candidate performance.

Job Duties

  • Assist in planning and shaping the CRM & loyalty program, including customer segmentation, communication channels /incentives
  • Manage third party CRM agencies on analysis, segmentation and campaign review
  • Generate relative reports to track customer behaviour & campaign performance
  • Identify and respond to key trends and opportunities to improve customer experience
  • Support simple data extraction and lead generations
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to scope loyalty system improvements
  • Closely follow up the progress until User Acceptance Test (UAT) and implementation
  • Be the custodian for the loyalty data integrity and data compliance
  • Be the key focal for customer service centre


  • Bachelor's Degree Holder in Business Administration/Statistics or related disciplines
  • 2 years' experience in CRM, experience in Loyalty marketing 
  • Candidates with less experience but with good programming skills are also welcome
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent Excel skills, with basic knowledge on MS Access and simple SQL
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in English, Chinese, Mandarin would be a plus
  • Immediately available will be highly preferable
