Marketing Executive- Perfumes Department (9-months contract)

Job duties:

  • Assist with the coordination and execution of promotional activities in Travel Retail and Local Market 
  • Elaborate qualitative and quantitative market analysis (distribution panel, price positioning, animations, new launches feedbacks…)
  • Understand and define business partners’ requirement to retain high growth in the sector
  • Responsible for the communications of marketing information and coordination of marketing materials
  • Implement agreed annual plan with execution excellence to drive sales and profitability of categories managed
  • Conduct regular forecast analysis and adjust forecasting software in order to be in line with sell-in budget
  • Update monthly sales reports and other database, and elaborate analyses on these reporting
  • Update marketing calendar on a regular basis
  • Consolidate competitor’s research reports on a regular basis
  • Consolidate promotion activities results report 
  • Consolidate airline listing reports 
  • Work closely with different departments and form as a bridge for marketing team

Requirements:

  • University Graduate in Marketing / Business / other related majors
  • 1 – 2 years’ relevant experience in retail. Preferably with experience in Fragrance and Cosmetics
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese. Mandarin is a plus
  • Have passion in fragrance 
  • Have team spirit and willingness to learn
