Hong Kong Trade Development Council

The incumbent will be responsible for providing marketing support to the Design Gallery (DG) Shops in Hong Kong and on the Chinese Mainland. Major responsibilities include:

  • Assist and implement marketing activities of the DG shops in Hong Kong, on the Chinese Mainland and all DG shop-in-shop operations.
  • Promote DG by coordinating with internal departments and external parties such as media, suppliers, IT vendor and other strategic partners.
  • Create content and coordinate with in-house designer in developing marketing collaterals such as eDM, leaflets and in-store POP.
  • Handle DG’s social media operation and optimize the usage of different platforms.
  • Web contents maintenance of DG website and e-catalogue.
  • Plan the VM schedule for 3 shops and work with VM team for shop display.
  • Support the execution of CRM and membership loyalty program, including managing and consolidating the customers data and organizing members engagement activities.
  • To handle ad-hoc and ongoing projects and merchandising duties as assigned.

Requirements: 

  • University graduate with a minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in marketing.
  • Experience in retail business is preferred.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.  Fluent in Putonghua.
  • Proficient computer knowledge including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint with knowledge in PhotoShop and Illustrator will be an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, out-going, detail-minded and a team player with excellent communications and interpersonal skills.

Remuneration and Benefits:
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A competitive remuneration and benefits package, including annual leave, medical and dental benefits, will be offered.
