Marketing Executive

We are currently looking for a high caliber candidate to join as our “Marketing Executive".

Job Summary:

• The incumbent will report to Brand/Business Development Manager in Non-aviation Business Division. The Marketing Executive is responsible to execute effective marketing strategies, manage Social Media contents, assist marketing event/campaign development and conduct market analysis for products.
• The Marketing Executive needs to work closely with the Product Development team to drive product/Menu creation based on marketing research with an overall goal of maximizing company profit.

In this role, you will:

• Handle all digital marketing content and social media activities for Facebook, Instagram, Website and other social media platforms
• Evaluate and analyze various digital platforms to measure the effectiveness of communications as well as to optimize the growth of followers and subscribers
• Handle all graphic and video works including but not limited to photo / video shooting and editing to support digital marketing, social media platforms activities for all brands
• Assist in creation of regular analysis reports of Social Media performance
• Monitor market trends and customer feedbacks regularly to ensure correct brand positioning, brand promotion strategy and market growth stability
• Manage online ordering platform content and responsible to conduct analysis based on order volume and behaviors
• Conduct market research, analyze trend information and initiate new brand concepts
• Provide administration support to the Commercial team
• Bring fresh thinking and propose new marketing ideas/ campaigns based on local insights and trends or strategic research on product design, menu development, pricing, and channel proposition continuously

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing/ Digital Marketing/ Marketing Communications or related disciplines.
• Prefer 1-2 years of relevant working experience; experience in retail digital marketing or digital advertising agency is a highly preferred
• Familiar with latest trend of digital content marketing and media investment especially on F&B market
• Strong knowledge of illustrator Photoshop and Video editing
• Strong Photo shooting skill will be a definite advantage
• Strong knowledgeable and curious about food & beverage, lifestyle and e-commerce industry
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and Chinese Word Processing
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills of both Chinese and English
• Multi-lingual a plus
• Good attention to details
• Humble to learn, eager to make improvement, open to challenges and possibilities
• Proactive, out of the box thinking, creative personality with can-do attitudes
• Able to work independently and under pressure with tight deadlines, as well as cooperate well with team and stakeholders to achieve company goals
• Sociable character with a collaborative and positive attitude towards new challenges
• Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
