We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Marketing Manager – Brand and Communication.


Principal Responsibilities


  • Support the development of financial literacy and digital initiatives to help customers attain financial well-being

  • Implement internal and external communications that drives financial literacy across retail banking

  • Implement marketing communication initiatives among emerging affluent segment that are aligned to business strategic priorities

  • Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely and effective coordination for the rollout of initiatives

  • Conduct market analysis and customer insight studies to assist in programme development

  • Keep track of marketing budget and spend to achieve business objectives

  • Monitor and analyse programme performance, and recommend and implement actions for improvement.

  • Ensure all activities adhere to established marketing processes and policies and reinforce the brand values

  • Overall departmental logistic where necessary

Requirements


  • University graduate in business studies or marketing is preferred

  • Knowledge on financial literacy is an advantage

  • Experience in a marketing role of no less than 6 years, with past track record in segment management and a good understanding of banking products would be highly preferred

  • Good language skills, both writing and speaking, in mainly Chinese and English

  • Proven ability to be a self-starter with energy and drive in a challenging and dynamic environment

  • Proficient in data analysis, project management, advertising production and direct marketing with good commercial sense

  • High degree of personal drive and resilience

  • Open-minded and creative

  • A team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
