Marketing Manager – CRM

The Job

• Plan and develop CRM activities to grow customer base and drive business values
• Segment customer base and provide insights to business units
• Daily database management and operations
• Develop and maintain data architecture, storage and warehouse operations (e.g. data audit/validation/migration)
• Conduct data mining, support data related projects and analytics by delivering database marketing metrics for different business units
• Set up and generate reports developed from large scale customer database and derive insights as well as campaign performance tracking
• Daily email marketing implementation, operations and evaluations
• Work with internal teams and external agencies for new initiatives

The Requirement

• Degree holder in Statistics, Information Management, Applied Mathematics or related disciplines
• At least 5 years' experience in CRM campaign management and operation
• Strong experience in CRS programming and data analysis
• Excellent statistical, analytical and project management skills.
• Familiar with working with complex database
• Knowledge of CRM platforms / Oracle / Business Intelligence / Google analytics / Mobile app / Cloud solution
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese and interpersonal skill
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing Manager - CRM
