Overall Description

Based in Hong Kong and reporting to Head of Marketing, the successful candidate will work closely with the Group head office in HK and the local teams in different locations. Frequent travel to China is expected.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head of Marketing and regional team to define and execute the short and long term marketing and sales strategies to optimize brand image, number of enquiries and market share; and to achieve enrollment objectives and intake targets for all schools in Mainland China.
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing & Admissions (Kindergarten section), improve the kindergarten’s ability and efficiency of recruitment through training and supervise them on promotion plans to achieve enquiries and intake targets.
  • Identify digital opportunities, analyse digital marketing campaigns and optimize the performance; maintain up to date corporate website information; develop and supervise website revamp and other digital projects.
  • Implement the marketing and admissions plan based on Group head office guidelines and adapt to local context.
  • Ensure excellent execution of marketing activities and production of collateral materials in order to achieve branding and sales objectives.  Evaluate the effectiveness of the events, projects and programmes.
  • Maintain close communication and coordination with the marketing & sales team in different locations on localization and implementation.
  • Assist in marketing and sales training for all involved staffs in China.
  • Provide guidance and support to each local representatives, liaise with local markets and ensure reports, researches and regular updates are submitted on time.
  • Conduct marketing information statistics, data analysis and summary write-up.
  • Provide ad hoc marketing and administrative support as necessary. 

Requirements

  • University graduate or post-graduate in Marketing, Communication or related discipline.
  • Min 5 years’ experience in Marketing, Brand Management or Sales Management, preferably in high end education or service industry.  
  • Experience in China marketing, digital media and social networks platforms is a must.
  • Excellent command of both oral and written Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English.
  • Rich experience in activity organization. 
  • Strong project management, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative, fresh thinking and attention to details.
  • Able to work independently and displays a positive attitude in confronting & resolving problems.
  • Must be a strong doer with strong desire to get things done and achieve results.
  • Great enthusiasm in education field.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Assistant Marketing Manager role.
