Marketing Manager/ FMCG distributor/ New division

Our client is having a diversified business portfolio. Because of business expansion, they are looking for a Marketing Manager to join their new FMCG business unit.

Responsibilities

  • Report to the head of FMCG in the business Unit, you will work with a junior administrative staff to provide all rounded marketing supporting to the brands.
  • Formulate the yearly marketing plan to support the sales of different F&B FMCG brands including but not limited to digital marketing and trade marketing.
  • Work on the and well allocate the marketing budget for different brands and able to measure the ROI for the budget spent.
  • Execute the marketing function and activities according to the plan.
  • Provide market insight to the sales team and develop market campaigns to drive sales in different channels
  • Coordinate joint promotions with business partners and other stakeholders
  • Manage the New Product Development Project as well as market launch activities
  • Any ad hoc projects assigned by management.

Requirement

  • Bachelor degree in marketing or business related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience in FMCG marketing function.
  • Strong sense of business ownership and passionate in FMCG marketing
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Fluency in Cantonese and English
