A leading healthcare company is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the team

To be the specialist of translating company’s visions and goals in all trade channels. The successful candidate will be responsible to drive the business by coordinating the new product launch plan; organizing, implementing and monitoring promotional & merchandising programs at consumer and market segment levels based on the established objectives, budget and schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement in-store marketing and promotional activities to drive sales and traffic
  • Manage all below-the-line materials required to support the activities in sales channels
  • Plan and implement instore campaign to promote products and sales promotion activities
  • Manage external agencies on trade advertising, merchandising and promotion activities
  • Responsible for all kind of off-shelf display including concept, design, production and presentation
  • Daily maintenance on social media platforms including but not limited to facebook, YouTube, Instagram and wechat
  • Take up other regular administrative work e.g. marketing budget admin and control
  • Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned
  • With experience in managing a small team, know how to train new employees and coach experienced employees

Job Requirements

  • 5 years or above FMCG Marketing experience (preferably in Health Care industries)
  • University graduate in Marketing/Business Studies/Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Experienced in handle key account and trade channels (e.g. Watson’s, Mannings, ParknShop, Wellcome, etc)
  • Self-initiation and motivated
  • Team player, detail-minded, ability for multi-tasking and excel under pressure
  • Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Immediate available is preferred
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing Manager
