Responsibilities:

  • Identify key segments to develop and implement initiatives to enhance customers’ values
  • Formulate retention programs and upgrade offers by segment characteristics
  • Analyze customer profile and define strategy by value segments
  • Plan and execute CRM events and value upgrade programs based on profiles and needs
  • Negotiate with commercial partners to solicit customer benefits
  • Motivate customer communications via automated digital channels to drive efficiency
  • Explore and develop partnership program that can help to maximize business opportunity
     

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Marketing / Business or related discipline
  • Experience in consumer marketing; with exposure in telecommunication / banking / insurance industry would be an advantage
  • With track record in running inbase upselling, loyalty programs, etc.
  • Sound knowledge in customer segmentation and profile analysis
  • With analytical mind and good negotiation skills
