Job Responsibilities:

  • Formulate & execute effective business development plans and marketing strategies to drive continuous growth and market share of beauty, skincare, wellness & FMCG sectors in HK & PRC and achieve growth targets in accordance with corporate objectives and directions
  • Conduct market research, analyze the marketplace, consumer behavior and competitors’ activities to determine the strategies to build brand awareness.
  • Provide excellent service to existing customer and continue to expand the customer base.
  • Drive online marketing campaigns for brand awareness and website traffic to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage social posting on all platforms including company website & social media platform, and EDM releasing directions and schedules
  • Responsible for brand building, manage and structure best product portfolio to ensure competitive position in HK & PRC markets
  • Design and implement successful monthly and annual Marketing plans and all Marketing materials (in both English and Chinese) to drive incremental traffic and sales as well as to evaluate results by carrying out constant regular and intensive analysis
  • Strengthen HK & PRC regional media relations to reinforce brand image & awareness and maximize exposure within the approved budget
  • Lead and inspire team members in order to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Co-ordinate with internal departments to follow up regarding product development, payment, logistic, packaging and quality assurance.


  • Bachelor Degree holder in Marketing or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years’ proven marketing working experience in Beauty, Wellness, Skin Care & FMCG with achievement in HK & PRC Region, with at least 2 years of senior leadership
  • Experience in business development with excellent negotiation skills, develop new customer or business area, and exceed customer’s expectation
  • Strong understanding of branding, promotion and handling marketing campaigns and execution, ATL & BTL, print, online & social media channels - both as per the requirement of the brands and the large format retailers within the industry - is MUST
  • Strong connections with external vendors/agencies and able to work on campaign execution and marketing communications
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills, self-motivated and a good team leader and player
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin are MUST.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Traditional Chinese word processing are must
  • Knowledge of SEM and SEO
  • Traveling may be required
  • Immediate or short notice would be an advantage
