The Job
  • Develop strategy and business plan for e-commerce channel and new business platform
  • Collaborate with HK marketing function to develop brand strategy that fits for international expansion and build strong brand reputation
  • Lead a team in realization of marketing plan
  • Define customer, value proposition strategy for new market
  • Work closely with cross functional business units to develop a customer orientated portfolio and pricing strategy for various business channels both local and overseas
  • Connect CRM and digital channels including communication apps to support new market penetration
  • Create engaging content for different social media platforms and set up related performance KPI
  • Provide analytics with in depth insights for key business decisions
The Person
  • Degree holder with minimum 8 years in marketing with 3 years in managerial / team leader level
  • MNC background with exposure to work with international brands
  • Experience in content marketing, CRM and digital marketing
  • Experience in launching new products or entering new market
  • Experience in shared economy, payment industry is a PLUS
  • Perseverant, embrace possibility with a can-do attitude
  • Problem solver, agile to learn and share with the ability to articulate and present
  • A people leader with high energy and strong execution
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in English and Chinese
