  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related disciplines
  • 5 years’ experience in digital marketing / loyalty program and customer relationship management would be an advantage
  • Independent, well-organized and attentive to details
  • Dynamic and creative to cope with fast-paced working environment
  • Familiar with PC software e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese


  • Assist in planning, organizing and launching marketing programs for promoting SHKP Malls mobile app
  • Support execution of the integrated loyalty program for building SHKP brand and customer loyalty
  • Prepare reports and analytics to evaluate effectiveness of various promotions and advertising
  • Coordinate with different parties including internal departments, digital agencies, creative agencies and external vendors to ensure successful execution
  • Collect market intelligence, benchmark and understand trends to provide recommendations and evaluation on new technologies for digital marketing
