Marketing Officer (Digital Marketing)

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the appointee will be required to plan, organise and execute all marketing related duties including:

  • To manage corporate communications channels, including corporate website, social media platforms and email marketing by developing and producing relevant content;
  • To assist in developing various online and offline marketing collaterals from conception, content development to layout design;
  • To prepare a wide variety of corporate literatures and publicity materials including presentations, advertisements, publications, videos and printed materials;
  • To organise and follow through the planning, budget control, execution and logistic arrangements of various types of events, including large scale conference, press conferences, exhibitions, public campaigns, seminars/ webinars and site visits, etc;
  • To work closely with external and internal stakeholder to ensure all activities are in best practice and in line with the guidelines;
  • To liaise with contractors/agents for design and production of promotional materials/equipment for the marketing activities; and
  • To perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • a recognised degree in Marketing, Communications or Digital Marketing;
  • at least three years of relevant working experience, with experience in marketing or corporate communications will be an advantage;
  • strong communication and presentation skills with proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua;
  • knowledge of content management, social media advertising and tracking tools;
  • proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator would be an advantage;
  • a good team player with good organization skills, outgoing and adaptable to change;
  • able to work independently and under tight schedule; and
  • high proficiency in IT applications, especially Adobe Photoshop, MS Office and Chinese word processing.
  • Applicants with lower qualification/ less experience may be considered for the position of Assistant Marketing Officer.
