Marketing Officer / Manager

Responsibilities:

• Effectively organize and follow through planning, budget control, execution and logistic arrangements of various marketing events (e.g. press conferences, exhibitions and sales promotions)
• Create and maintain corporate social media accounts (e.g. LinkedIn, FB), EDM and official website in order to achieve KPI
• Develop various online and offline marketing collaterals from conception, content development to layout design
• Create quality editorial contents such as new product announcement, corporate promotional items, event activities
• Update internal marketing reports, record and documents
• Prepare and update presentation materials and marketing materials
• Coordinate and execute marketing strategies as well as action plans to achieve business goals
• Conduct marketing research to improve marketing intelligence and identify new marketing opportunities to drive awareness, revenue and attract new customers
• Handle ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned
• Immediate availability is preferred

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Marketing, Public Relations/Communications or Business Administration
• 3-5 years relevant working experience
• Brilliant skillset in operating Social Media accounts independently
• Self-motivated, cheerful, enthusiastic, hardworking, detail-minded & responsible
• Embrace teamwork to achieve designated goals
• Able to work independently & under pressure within tight deadline
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability in communicating with different levels of people
• Proficient in MS applications including but not limit to MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop is an advantage
• Familiar with Chinese word processing
• Good spoken and written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Marketing Manager
