Marketing Officer - Security Systems Department

Job Description

• Reporting to the Head of Security Systems Department.
• Responsible for formulate marketing strategies and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Responsible for design and keep updated marketing materials for products and services.
• Responsible for online marketing activities, like newsletters and social media posts.
• Responsible for assist sales team to prepare Quotations, tender bid proposals, profit & loss analysis of individual jobs, and review all tender and contract terms.
• To prepare and perform presentation with sales staff whenever necessary.
• To Administer and revise as necessary the commission calculation of sales staff.
• To maintain, design and revise relevant management information database and reports.
• To prepare weekly report on the updated figures and major issues of the Department to the Head of Corporate.
• Any other duties reasonably directed by your superiors.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines;
• 1 to 3 years of experience in corporate marketing and administration is preferred;
• Experience in engineering or IT field is preferred;
• Good command of spoken & written of English and Chinese;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative suite;
• High standard of personal integrity and reliability;
• Hardworking, responsible and willing to learn;
• Immediately available is preferable
