Marketing Officer / Senior Marketing Officer

The role

The incumbent is a professional and proactive individual to support the efficient and successful management of pupil’s recruitment and admissions along with promoting the ethos and philosophy of Malvern College Hong Kong.  S/he will be supporting the Marketing Manager to delivery efficient and effective services in the Marketing Team.

Responsibilities  

• Support the team in different marketing efforts to achieve target enrolments, school objectives and brand building;
• Work together with the Marketing Manager in the implementation of marketing plan on all related activities and events;
• Develop, implement digital market campaigns and increase user engagement in various digital platforms
• Manage and update the school website, social media platform and other publications, follow up on SEO;
• Collect and analyse relevant market data, t rack the website traffic and provide internal reports regularly;
• Execute and participate in marketing related events, such as Malvern Meets, various fairs, networking events, workshops, open days, follow up the logistics, and communicate with families on the phone, via email or e-blast, and in person;
• Support the preparation and production of EDM, advertisements, web banner, leaflet, flyer, brochure, booklet, video, etc.
• Attend key school functions; prepare, write and post any news copy and social media coverage of the event; expand and maintain Malvern schools’ social media presence on different platform of social media;
• Support the supervisor in preparation presentations for different marketing events as needed and support the marketing efforts for the school.

Requirements  

• Holder of Bachelor’s Degree preferable in communications, marketing, or a related field;
• Good command of English
• At least 3 Years of working experience in marketing, digital marketing, preferably in education field, but not a must
• Positive attitude is a must and promote a positive office culture;
• Convey enthusiasm with sincerity and consistency and with track record of success in meeting targets, and are a highly motivated individual;
• Strong international and communication skills, can work independently and work as a team;
• Proficient in Adobe suite software – i.e. Photoshop, illustrator, etc.;
• Proficient in MS Office and knowledge in Google Analytics, SEO is an advantage;
• Great customer service skills;
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi task and manage time effectively;
• Good IT and admin skills and accurately utilize large database.
