Marketing Officer

ZS Hospitality Management Limited

Responsibilities:

  • Provide all-rounded support to Sales and Marketing department for raising brand visibility and increasing exposure for the company and restaurants
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing & PR initiatives for different restaurants to achieve business objectives by working closely with internal teams, external business partners and media outlets
  • Maintain good relationship with media, influencers and PR programmes coordination
  • Prepare collaterals, such as menus, leaflets, brochures, presentation kits and press releases
  • Support marketing communications activities, daily marketing operations and department administration duties including customer and media enquiry handling, market and competitor monitoring, quotation and invoice processing, contract renewal etc.
  • Participate in different ad hoc projects as assigned by the management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Hotel Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 2-3 years working experience in Marketing or related fields, preferably in F&B industry
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • A good team player with good communication skills
  • Passionate in F&B, self-motivated and high attention to details
  • Capable and willing to work under tight timeline and pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing
  • Proficient in design software or photography will be an advantage
