PURPOSE

The responsibility is to ensure volume and market share achievement through tactical visibility, relationship management with the key stakeholders, brand outreach within the target group and adhere to a strong monitoring and review process to achieve the budgeted number of leads, applications, and fresh admissions. 


JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

For social media management, you'll need to:

  • Develop and execute a social media strategy and set goals to increase brand awareness and increase engagement
  • manage all social media channels such as WeChat, Facebook, Instagram and Google +
  • plan content and delivery and use appropriate tools to manage multiple social media channels
  • develop and manage competitions and campaigns that promote your organization and brand
  • write engaging blog posts and articles
  • create engaging multimedia content such as videos, and/or outsource this effectively
  • form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms
  • manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
  • monitor and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics
  • educate other staff on the use of social media and promote its use within your company (in-house roles)
  • regularly liaise with clients via telephone, email, conference calls or face-to-face (agency roles).

For sales and marketing management you need to:

  • Organize a Key Account Management/ Relationship building with Principals of a Variety of Institutions
  • Approach Key Stakeholders, Grade A colleges for student engagement activities
  • Conduct events & activities to capture leads
  • Provide accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasts
  • Ensure that sales documents reach each resource on time.
  • Expand the network and increases output from the existing accounts.
  • Ensure a minimum number of field visits for self on a weekly basis.

KEY COMPETENCES

This position can only be taken by a person who understands the Language and Visual Codes of the local Art and Design disciplines as well as the education sector in Hong Kong and Southern China.

1 - Market Driven - Possesses deep knowledge of local market, community, business and student needs, demographics, industry forces, government and political forces, competition and perceptions regarding image/brand and educational quality

2 - Influential - Persuades and influences others without direct reliance on authority; communicates and negotiates effectively in oral and though a wide range of media channels

3 - Strategy Development- formulates the strategy on products & services, anticipates and is responsive to industry market trends by strategic decision making; clearly communicates the vision how, why and when and has enough buy-in down the line in the Academic Environment.

4 - Language Command - Good oral and written language command in English, Cantonese, and Chinese

5 - Education - Degree in relevant field; Sales, Retail, Business Development
