Marketing Services Officer

Vogue Laundry Service Limited

Responsibilities:
  • Collect and generate creative ideas for the marketing and sales campaigns
  • Assist to formulate and implement marketing strategies, CRM programs and joint promotions
  • Coordinate with internal departments for planning and execution of daily operations and service development
  • Handle customers’ routine and ad hoc enquiries through online and phone calls
  • Prepare regular reports for analyzing customers’ data
  • Handle marketing operations, and ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree or diploma, preferably in marketing and customer service or related discipline
  • Minimum of 4 years’ related experience
  • Strong organizational skills, creative, responsible and be able to work independently and flexibly
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • PC knowledge in MS Office and graphic design software

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing Services Officer. Immediate available is preferable.
