About The Role

 

Role Location: ANZ Hong Kong


Role Type: Permanent, full-time opportunity


As the Markets Compliance Manager, you’ll serve as a trust advisor in the local compliance and regulatory matters for Hong Kong Markets business. This involves advising on preventative measures against specific transactions with new or existing businesses so as to maintain good reputation of the Bank and comply with local regulatory and internal requirements.
You’ll also execute the compliance service delivery with goal to achieve the bank's purpose as well as strategic objectives in accordance to the group compliance management framework.

About You


To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following -

  • Proven knowledge of Global Markets and products, notably in distribution practices
  • Good background of HKMA/SFC regulatory requirements related to Global Markets
  • Extensive experience in banking compliance experience, preferably with experience in a Compliance Advisory role in Global Markets, Treasury or Corporate Banking
  • Established Regulatory interaction / connection: HKMA, SFC, DPS, PCPD, Hong Kong Banking Association experience
  • Background in Banking & Finance and Business Administration
  • Demonstrated analytical, technical and delivery (verbal and written) skills with the ability to show resiliency and a good team player
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and conflict management skills with proven ability to influence outcome
  • Highly motivated self-starter with an established Integrity and Commitment with the field
