  • Form Five or above
  • Experience in customer service/ account management is an advantage
  • Good interpersonal, negotiation and problem solving skills
  • Good communication skills and phone manner
  • Familiar with PC applications
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an advantage

Job Duties:
  • Assist banks or other financial institutions to follow up the
customers' inquiries
  • Negotiate with person of the past due account and arrange of
outstanding debt settlement
  • Update accounts status into system for record
  • Achieve monthly business target
