•Develop relationships with external clients & Channel Partners
•Constantly seek out new workplace health revenue generating opportunities within the HK market
•Gather market and customer information to better enable targeted sales approach
•Drive health and hospital package sales through direct and broker channels
•Provide management with sales reporting on a monthly basis, or as and when required
•Work with channel partners to win new business
•Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Business Development or Account Management role
•High level of presentation and communication skills.
•Outstanding relationship development skills
•Confidence to deal face to face with business decision makers
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills; open to new ideas and suggestions
•Willing and able to work under pressure with positive working attitude
•Good written English; proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
