Member Relations Officer (C.S role, non-sales position)

The position direct report to Member Relations Manager, the high calibre will responsible to communicate with members and respond to their enquiries, issues and complaints with enthusiasm and energy. Strive for mutually satisfying results for members and the company when there is a dispute.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound hotline services and answer enquiries for members
  • To respond member questions and requests by mail, email and through the company website
  • Provide after-sales follow up call to enhance member satisfaction
  • To conduct investigations, provide objective analysis and suggest follow up that is consistent and fair for members and the company
  • To improve member retention by building relationships with members and helping resolve their complaints in a timely manner
  • Streamline working procedure and ensure the operation process in full compliance with company deadline
  • Review Daily agreements (Membership and Personal Training)
  • To manage member profiles, membership data and history in system


  • Diploma or above in related discipline with at least 3 years' solid experience in customer or membership services
  • A proven track record of developing strategies to retain, develop and grow membership
  • Team work, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Proactive, good telephone manner and customer-oriented
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent customer service skills
  • Proficiency in PC knowledge (MS office)
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Immediate available preferred
