- Diploma or degree holder in Hospitality
- Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in customer service or hospitality industry
- Independent & service oriented
- Excellent communication skill
- Good command of spoken English
- Shift duty is required (between 6:30 am and 11 pm)
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Member Relations Officer
- Shift duty with 6 days off per month
