Member Services Assistant

YMCA of Hong Kong

Responsibilities:

  • Perform both counter and clerical duties in our Member Services Office

  • Promote memberships activities

  • Handle facilities booking, programme enrollment, enquiries and data entry

  • Perform regular checking for venues and ensure the cleanliness and good condition of  facility

  • Provide quality services to our members, such as answering enquiries and handling complaints

  • Support ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisor

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above with customer services / retail experience

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good spoken English and Cantonese

  • Independent, mature and willing to learn

  • Shift duty required

  • Fresh graduate are welcome
