Member Services/ Customer Services Representative (6 months contract - Counter service)

Job Description:

  • Provides and maintain quality services to distributors by promptly answering enquiries from local and overseas distributor, giving correct advice and assistance to members
  • Process all kind of local and international orders from Members
  • Support all company other related activities (including various Company’s functions and sales events)
  • Undertake any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the team from time to time 
  • Work at counter

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder and above
  • 1 years' working experience as customer services role is an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken Cantonese, English, Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS office application, Chinese word processing (min. 35 words/ min)
  • Customer oriented with detail-minded, good problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to be flexible in working hours and expected to work overtime as well as non-working day
  • Ability to work under deadline pressure while maintaining a positive, professional attitude in a very fast-paced environment
