Member Services Executive

The Role

The position reports to the Senior Member Services Manager and you will work as part of the Hong Kong Member Services Team. The position will operate both strategically and operationally to enhance member engagement and retention.  You will support the Senior Manager in the conception, design and implementation of programs to enhance the value of membership and raise the profile of the CPA designation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the phone queue to answer incoming calls and perform reception duties as required
  • Responsible for customer enquiries and matters associated with foundation exams, CPA Program, reductions, retired membership and CPD Review
  • Drive the renewals, exam enrolment and CPD Review phone campaigns and provide support to other phone campaigns
  • Organise career events and sharing sessions to support members’ progression to CPA status
  • Provide support for other member engagement events and membership administration
  • Prepare and maintain a variety of records and reports

Skills and Experience

Flexibility in your approach and a willingness to take on new tasks are a key component of the role, as is having a desire to provide the best customer service available.

  • Tertiary qualified with minimum 3 years’ experience providing excellent customer service
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills as well as being fluent in Cantonese, adequate Putonghua to facilitate relevant markets
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise your work
  • Proficiency in using MS Office
