  • 1 – 2 year’s working experiences in customer services or member service or call center
  • Experience in airline / hotel / hospitality industry is an advantage
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin


  • Provide quality service to members in order to satisfy the needs and retain loyalty
  • Handle requests promptly, accurately and professionally
  • Provide one-stop service including fare quotations and reserving flights
  • Handle members enquiries
  • Feedback member comments for service improvements
