Membership Administration Manager

What are your responsibilities?
  • Responsible for the membership application and admission processes and management
  • Ensure the application and admission process are comply with the criteria and the rules of the membership policy
  • Responsible for the nomination process of candidates and provide advice to voting members for the voting process
  • Maintain and manage existing membership records, members’ personal data and business particulars to ensure data integrity
  • Responsible for the improvement and fine-tuning of membership rules & regulations for better administration
  • Monitor disciplinary processes and correspondences relating to the Members\' violations of the Club\'s rule

What skills/qualification will you need?
  • Degree holder in BBA, Public Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in membership management in prestige clubs, public sector or sizeable public organizations
  • Fluent in English and Chinese, with fluency in Mandarin

Who would be suitable for the position?
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills in planning and scheduling
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
