The Membership Services Department plays an essential role in providing co-ordination and administrative support, and amenities to the Club's 29,000 Members and their families.

You will be responsible for:

  • Be an integral member of Content Management team to help devise and implement programme ideas that combine hospitality services, recreation and retail elements to maximize cross business units opportunities and enhance members’ total experience
  • Support to devise plan and implement members’ programmes according to the strategy positioning of various clubhouses and racecourses
  • Liaise  with business Units to facilitate idea generation for members’ programmes
  • Liaise  proactively with Marketing and Branding team to ensure that programme are aligned with the overall Membership Strategy
  • Devise feedback to Business Units on programme performance, marketing effectiveness and KPI achievement

You should have:

  • University degree in marketing or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in marketing, event planning, online marketing, customer management (retail, lifestyle or hospitality sectors preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge in Putonghua will be an asset
  • Proactive and positive mindset; be outspoken and energetic
  • Hands-on experience in digital marketing, content management systems
