岗位职责Role and Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for the establishment of member system, build, maintain and improve the member relationship management platform.
2.Responsible for the formulation, training, coach, supervise, and assessment of member polices.
3.According to the company marketing strategy, formulate the member development plan and maintenance plan.
4.Establish the member’s rights and reward program，improve user experience.
5.Plan and organize the activities, increase the stickiness of members and brands though marketing activities.
6.Formulate the member service plan according to members and channel analysis, use the marketing method to improve members’ satisfaction, buyback rate to increase member sales proportion.
7.Establish and improve member service standard, such as complaint handing, member interview.
8.Expand the horizontal alliance, to provide value-added service, responsible for performance indicator of members management.
1. Bachelor degree, major in marketing management, previous working at group company related position preferred.
2. Five-year experience in membership management, experience in operating the membership system, and familiarity with the membership management process.
3. Have successful case independently in members marketing activities planning and organizing
4. Strong organizational, coordination, communication, and execution capabilities.
