Responsibilities:

  • To handle members’ enquiries, complaints and new members application on a daily basis
  • To ensure members’ enquiries are answered and followed promptly and accurately in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • To lead and drive team members in delivering professional and efficient concierge service for club members
  • To act on the ad hoc tasks assigned by Membership Manager during special events and emergencies.
  • To provide support in promotional and marketing events
  • To develop and maintain close relationship with top-tier club members and VIPs

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Hospitality Management or related disciplines, preferably major in Hospitality / Hotel Management / Marketing.
  • Minimum 3 years customer facing experience from hospitality / hotels / shopping malls / membership / marketing, with at least 1 year supervisory experience
  • Strong people-oriented attitude with excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
  • Have strong leadership skills and the ability to lead and motivate the team
  • Positive team player, outgoing and detail-minded
  • Excellent written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
