Membership Service Officer (Call Center/ Hotline/ 5-days work)


Our client is a well-known hospitality group, they are looking for Customer Membership Service Officers to join their team to support its business expansion.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver professional customer service through answering phone call and email
  • Handle customer complaints with timely follow-up action and provide corresponding solutions
  • Maintain good relationship with customers to enhance business growth
  • Identify customer needs and offer related new products and promotion information


  • Form 7 or Diploma above
  • 1-year experience customer services/ call center from Hospitality / Travel industries
  • Customer-oriented with professional customer service manner
  • Willing to learn, independent and proactive
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin 
  • Basic knowledge in MS office
