Membership Services Officer – Mobile App (1-year Contract)

The Membership Services Department plays an essential role in providing co-ordination and administrative support, and amenities to the Club's 29,000 Members and their families.


You will:

  • Monitor Members Services Hotline to provide 7-day service to Members, providing customer services, reservation services and technical support for our Members’ Mobile App
  • Supervise a large no. of part-time staff in Members’ Services Hotline and perform reservations at Members Services Hotline
  • Answer enquiries according to the Club’s standard policies and procedures, handle complaints and prepare analysis report on hotline statistics for both racedays and non-racedays
  • Ensure that Members’ service requests and feedbacks are handled properly and within the Service Level Agreement
  • Maintain the system settings such as floor plan mapping in the booking system
  • Provide assistance of ad-hoc tasks and accept the duties which assigned by the Line Manager.


You should have:

  • A university degree holder with a minimum 2 years experience in staff management and customer services
  • Experience in Call Centre is an advantage
  • Good understanding of Customer Management System
  • Digital product and mobile application knowledge is an advantage
  • Hands-on experience of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Chinese typing is preferable
  • Good communication skills in both English and Chinese.
