To provide professional and efficient guests services related to membership and promotion programs at ELEMENTS:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Able to maintain high quality guest service at premium Club Lounge
  • Engage and take care of our loyal members and related loyalty programme
  • Able to work cheerfully, follow policies and procedures
  • Ensure a high level of members’ satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous services and establishing a friendly rapport with members
  • Greet the members and answer their enquiries in a professional manner
  • Assist in handling incoming phone calls and queries for visitors and members.
  • Courteous, service oriented with pleasant personality
  • Handling redemption of membership/promotion benefits, gifts and coupons
  • Carrying out promotional activities for the Club

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year relevant experience in hospitality industry or customer services industry
  • Pleasant personality, customer oriented and detail-minded
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
  • Diploma holder in Hospitality, Travel and Tourism Management or related disciplines
