The Membership Services Department plays an essential role in providing co-ordination and administrative support, and amenities to the Club's 29,000 Members and their families.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing the Members Hotline, Members Services Centre and VM Box service counters to provide services including but not limited to efficient reservation, enquiry and complaint-handling services, and drive participation with telesales activities
  • Achieving the retail income budget of Members Services Centre by co-operating with Retail team the sales of merchandises, building a feedback mechanism with customers, and proactively communicate with regular customers for sale opportunities; managing 2 LEVADE shops at Sha Tin Racecourse
  • Preparing the budget proposal, controlling expenditure and consolidating report for the service channels
  • Serving Voting Members and Honorary Voting Members in relations to their rights and obligations in accordance with the Articles of Association, personal data and status, and use of racecourse facilities; and to provide reception services in AGM and VM Briefing
  • Champion and coordinate all verbal communications of the Services team with Members such as line-to-take and service scripts for all services and products
  • Ensuring the asset records under the Membership Services Department are well maintained
  • Coordinating the end to end process of design, manufacturing, and distribution of Members’ Racing Pack including Members’ Facilities Directory, Racing Badges and Car Park Label annually

You should have:

  • University degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or Hospitality Management
  • At least 4 years of supervisory experience in service industry or consumer marketing, experience in management role in sizeable company is preferred
  • Be familiar with Digital Marketing, online and loyalty marketing
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Fluency in spoken Putonghua is and knowledge in HK racing an advantage
