Our client, an international construction company, is looking for following PROFESSIONALS to work in HK.

Senior E&M Project Manager (Hospital/Health & Care)

  • Responsible for project management in delivery, safety, profitability
  • Plan, monitor and control project progress
  • Overall financial, commercial and technical matters
  • Ensure construction activities comply with company, contractual and statutory requirements
  • Coordinate with client, consutants, subcontractors and project team
  • Requirements:
    • Degree or Higher Diploma in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering
    • Min 15 years experience preferably with contractors
    • Good project management experience on Hospital / Health Care projects
    • Good Cantonese & English speaking


Senior/Building Services Engineers at all levels


  • Degree or Higher Diploma in Building Services or engineering-related disciplines;
  • At least 3-4 years’ relevant working experience, preferably with Main Contractor;
  • At least 8 years’ relevant site working experience;
  • Experience including CSD/CBWD coordination, utilities liaison and project management are essential;
  • Good technical knowledge in either Building Services/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering;
  • Managing and co-ordinating day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth and efficient operation of construction projects
  • Proficient in English and Chinese, good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Liaise between sub-contractors, architect/consultants, utilities and clients on project co-ordination and construction programme issues


Mechanical Engineers (HVAC /P&D)  

  • Support the project manager in leading the engineering team for design development and co-ordination
  • Carrying out planning and procurement activities and ensuring the installation works are executed on site to a high safety and quality standard.


  • Degree or Higher Diploma in Building Services / Mechanical Engineering or relevant disciplines;
  • At least 3 years' HVAC experience in facilities planning, installation and maintenance, preferably with main contractors or E&M contractors;
  • Details oriented with strong safety awareness and problem solving skill;
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

MEP Design Manager/Engineer

  • E&M qualification background
  • MEP design working experience a must
  • Experience working for contractors preferred
  • Working on Data Center project
  • Cantonese and English speaking
