Merchandise Planning and Allocation Executive (SS18036)

A global fashion retail brand is seeking for an expertise in merchandise planning and allocation for the Hong Kong market.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate closely with internal team to define assortment planning based on analysis of store profile. Manage stock level and allocation for stores.
  • Review each store's assortment and direct the right strategies to optimize sales by SKU.
  • Manage replenishment and data integrity to meet sales objectives and ensure appropriate assortment in stores.
  • Set budgets for sales, margin and inventory level. Provide analysis for merchandising and retail team for business campaigns.
  • Coordinate with logistics team for shipment arrival schedule and orders.
  • Plan and monitor retail markdowns & closeouts through outlets to achieve target margin.
  • Ensure stock availability during marketing campaign.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in merchandise planning and allocation from sizable retail company. Experience in fashion, footwear, accessories highly preferred.
  • Excellent excel skills.
  • Strong data-mining and analytical skills. Detail-minded, good team player and problem solving skills.
