Merchandiser, Amazon (Sales & Marketing)

To cope with the expansion of our company, we are looking for highly motivated Merchandiser for Sales & Marketing section under Merchandising Department to assist our Company in driving sales by designing and implementing targeted marketing strategies. This position takes on a strategic role to help our brands to grow the sales and to provide ecommerce marketing services on Amazon in US and UK markets towards our Company’s objective.  

Job Description

  • Manage Amazon marketplaces to raise our Company brand awareness
  • Monitor online listings with good presence and accuracy to drive sales
  • Perform trend research, online reviews, consumer and brand analysis
  • Expand catalogue & build new product lines with suppliers in various categories to deliver new products to our Amazon customers
  • Build strong network and maintain long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Responsible for testing out insights and making strategic recommendations from data (e.g. tracking sales data, and performance reports, etc.)
  • Work closely and liaise with internal departments (e.g. Merchandising, Creative, Engineering and Compliance, Finance, and Shipping Teams)
  • Manage inventory (e.g. delivery transactions, changes in product status, and item counts, etc.)
  • Assess the quantity of products precisely to ensure the stock neither runs out nor becomes excessive
  • Execute the above following Zeeva’s standard operating procedures and workflows
  • Provide supports for ad-hoc assignments to Management  

Job Specification

  • High Diploma, Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related discipline
  • At least 1-3 years in digital marketing, ecommerce and merchandising fields
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English with good telephone manner
  • Self-initiative, excellent time management skills
  • Experience in seasonal consumer electronic products, including TECH (audio, power, mobile accessories, etc.), toys, health & wellness, home & household are highly preferred.
  • Able to cope with fast pace environment and to work under pressure
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities, resourceful, proactive and attention to details
  • Strategic, critical and analytical thinking with good business sense
  • Strong data analysis skills, negotiation and presentation skills
  • All round innovative individual with good problem solving skills
  • Responsible, committed and trustworthy individual
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin is required
  • Proficient in MS office (Excel, Word, Power-point, Outlook)
  • Immediate availability or short notice is preferred
  • Travel to China when required (subject to COVID-19)
