Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the whole merchandising/sourcing activities in all beauty categories
  • Manage day to day merchandising process from souring, product development, order allocation/scheduling strategy, vendor management, cost and budget control
  • Drive brand/product sales revenue through continuous effort in new product sourcing, order placement and maintenance of optimum stock level
  • Work closely with vendors and manage to ensure daily smooth operations and on time delivery of goods
  • Negotiate and work with vendors to build mutually beneficial relationships to ensure long term strategic partnership
  • Manage product stock level to achieve company stock level and sales target
  • Prepare various kind of stock/sale analysis report
  • Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Diploma or above in Merchandising/Supply Chain/Marketing/Business/ eCommerce or related disciplines
  • Minimum 1-2 years or above working experience in relevant merchandise category or business development experience under trading environment or buying office
  • Experience in Korean branded beauty and clothing products will be an advantage
  • Strong product and material knowledge with good development skills, and familiar with merchandising and product development process
  • Well-organized, detailed minded, result oriented and able to manage multiple tasks environment
  • Able to work independently and under pressure, as well as cooperate well with team and stakeholders to achieve company goals
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Good command of written and spoken Korean is a plus
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
  • Candidates with less expereience will be considered as Assistant Merchandiser
