Responsibilities 

  • Manage daily operations for food & beverages products and kitchen appliance
  • Handle product planning and product developments
  • Plan and organize product / seasonal promotions
  • Source suppliers and maintain communication with them
  • Implement food safety management system for restaurants
  • Monitor the food safety and manage food cost report
  • Liaise with Japan HQ
  • Handle any ad hoc projects

Requirements

  • Diploma in relevant discipline is preferable / Food hygiene certificates
  • Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience, preferable in Hotel or F&B environment
  • Less experience may consider as Assistant Merchandiser.
  • Detail-minded, independent, good inter-personal and communication skills.
  • Sound knowledge of food safety management system implementation
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel
  • Basic command in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Ability to read / write Japanese is an advantage
