Knowledge and hands-on experience in premium & gift sourcing and trading / export in China, including stationary, electronics & sundries etc;
Maintain purchase order and status update in the company’s ERP system;
Follow up and monitor the progress of each purchase order, from product development, sampling, quoting, delivery tracking etc…
Negotiate with suppliers to meet cost target and quality requirements;
Collaborate with internal and external parties facilitate the ongoing progress of each purchase order.
Job Requirements :
Diploma or above;
1- 2 years of experience in sourcing and merchandising;
Energetic, self-motivated, detail-oriented and enjoy working in a team environment;
Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Good MS Office (Excel / Word / PowerPoint) skills; experience with ERP system is an advantage;
Occasional business travel to Shenzhen is necessary;
Immediate availability is an advantage.
