Merchandiser | Procurement Representative

Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for pharmaceuticals productin Fotan, Shatin
- Send inquiries to the supplier and get the offer.
- Perform order management, record and file all related data/document into ourCRM, and task management.
- Co-ordinate with delivery in charge to deliver the products.
- Work closely with supplier, customer and Logistic on merchandising planning, pricing, offer.
Job Requirements
- 3 years of merchandising experience in import and export
- Self-motivated, detail-minded and well-organized
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English with IELTS or related qualification (such as TOEIC or TOEFL), Mandarin and Cantonese
- Expert in MS Office and Excel
Additional Requirements:
• Proven ability to build effective working relationships as well as strong interpersonal skills
•Willing to learn quickly and experience producing high-quality work.
• Good Problem Solver.
- Tests required for all candidates before to get an interview.
- Good health and positive mind managing.
- No smoking required.
