  • Warehouse & stock control
  • Hands on approach in warehouse management
  • Support to implement barcode & warehouse control system
  • Engage in Sourcing & purchase activities
  • Assist logistic department to attend shops requests / orders
  • Work together with production team to help to organize their daily duties
  • Control quality of products received (package and raw material) & products delivered to shops
  • Maintain accurate and updated files referent to – Purchase order, Raw material costs and petty cash
  • Cooperate with other teams (marketing and corporate) to make sure we can support their requests, either in final product or packages


  • Organizational and time manage skills
  • Initiative and good communication
  • Team player
  • Knowledge in system implementation – bar code, ERP, warehouse control would be an advantage
  • Basic sourcing and purchase experience
  • Good knowledge of excel
  • Good understanding of English
  • Cost control awareness
  • Quality control experience is a plus
  • Previous experience working in Supply Chain or Food and beverage industry is an advantage
  • Preferable to start immediately
