Merchandiser
Duties
- Merchandising/Sourcing new products and support international office Sales Teams (mainly China region);
- Establish and maintain good customer relationship by providing professional customer service/support;
- Product innovation for new items/formats development with different brands or licenses;
- Assist to develop new business opportunities plan.
- Assist to develop effective selling strategies, proposals and presentation
- Perform ad-hoc projects and assignments as required;
- Travel to China on regular based is a must (such as planning discussion, showroom set up and attending Fair, buying trip etc.
- Degree preferable but not a must;
- Approx. 5 years solid experiences in merchandising field in gift, toy industry, buying office or trading company;
- Sourcing experience is preferred;
- Direct import order for major US and worldwide experience will be advantage;
- Able to work independently, presentable, pleasant personality, pro-active, self-discipline;
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese/Mandarin;
- Good command of PC skills; Able to work under pressure and tight timeline;
- Details, strong common sense and responsible; good communication skills.
