Merchandising Field Leader


Merchandising at Apple is a fusion of showcasing the best products on the market, placing them using excellent standards, whilst creating exceptional experiences for our customers.As part of the Accessories & Merchandising Field team you will be responsible for supporting store teams with the implementation of merchandising programs, planogram implementation and maintaining merchandising principles across Product Zone and Avenues. You will be responsible for communicating key Merchandising product and engagement initiatives to Field Leadership (MDs, MLs, SLs) as well sharing relevant feedback from Apple retail teams with the Global Retail Support Merchandising teams.

  • Flexibility to handle directional changes. Proficient at managing multiple projects concurrently
  • Ability to identify visual talent within Apple Retail locations
  • Well versed in negotiation and persuasion
  • Ability to find a win-win with multiple stakeholders
  • Commitment to identifying and communicating innovative ideas to improve processesand performance
  • Able to commit to working outside of normal business hours as well as travel locallyand abroad for business requirements
  • 7-10 years Merchandising or retail management experience preferred
  • BA/BS or equivalent degree (Business, Marketing, or related degree preferred)


Lead the set up of front of house merchandising for new store openings, remodels and relocations Provide overnight support to Retail stores during Merchandising resets including New Product Introductions and Accessory resets Regular store visits to review visual standards and connect with field leadership Selection, training and leadership of the Merchandising Mentor Program
