Merchandising & Marketing Clerk (Garment)

Responsibilities:

  • Order follow up, quotation, PO, payment, shipment & aftersales
  • Work close with suppliers and follow up order status
  • Liaise and assist events and trade shows
  • Follow up customer orders on both B2B & B2C side
  • Assist on Ecommerce platforms' Administration support including new channels application, platforms account management, database management, content input and support, liaise with operations team
  • Any ad hoc assignment designated by the supervisor

Requirements:

  • High diploma or above in Marketing /E-commerce /PR /Media / Business administration or related disciplines with priority in Fashion
  • 2 years’ relevant work experience with 1 year in Merchandising and inventory clerk in Retails or Fashion field, preferably with Appliances / Life Style Products / Consumer Goods experience
  •  Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented and well-organized
  • Able to work under pressure and tight schedule
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing 
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Fresh graduate also will be considered 
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
