Responsibilities:

  • Provide clerical support including filing and data entry etc.
  • Issuing, Handle and follow up purchase order with factories
  • Sample follow up & Communicate with internal departments and factories.
  • Communicate with internal departments and factories.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • F.5 or above.
  • 2 year relevant work experience in Merchandising/ Trading Industry.
  • Good Spoken and Written in Mandarin and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & PC knowledge
  • Knowledge in Shipping is an advantage.
  • Well organized, hardworking, self-motivated, energetic and able to work under pressure
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
  • We offer 5-DAY Work Week with public holiday.
