Murasaki is a contemporary, cozy and stylish restaurant managed by a group of experienced food and beverage professionals. We pledge to offer our guests an unforgettable and unique visit every time with our contemporary Omakase menus and we strive to become one of the top restaurants in town. 

We will be soon to open a high quality, contemporary Japanese fusion restaurant occupying over 10,000 sq. ft. in the heart of Causeway Bay by the end of 2016.

We are now seeking highly motivated and hard working individuals who have a passion to provide great food and service to join our dynamic team. 

Mixologist / Bartender (15-19K)

Responsibilities

  • Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
  • Plan and present bar menu
  • Keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
  • Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience

Qualifications

  • Preferably minimum 2 years working experience as a mixologist/bartender
  • Relevant experience in hotel would be an advantage
  • Strongly knowledge in Cocktail mixing is a must
  • Knowledge in Wine and Champagne would be a definite advantage
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills, enthusiastic, hard working and able to work independently
  • Must enjoy working in a fast-paced, energetic and creative environment
